Maintenance After The First Year

NICOM Phone Systems offer our own annual maintenance package for all our systems, at very competitive rates.

We provide you with the security of a service which will always be on hand to sort out any problems that may arise after the initial guarantee period. Whether it is a minor difficulty that can be resolved over the phone, or a major system component replacement, you are covered.

NICOM hold stocks of most spares for their systems, and other hardware can normally be obtained for next day delivery, so that your business should never be kept waiting unduly.

Naturally, there are incidents which we cannot cover, but these are clearly set out in the contract and do not involve pages of ‘small print’. Many of these ‘events’, however, will be covered already by your own building/contents insurance, and in the event an insurance claim is being sought NICOM will offer whatever assistance is required to facilitate the due processes.

We survive on our reputation for customer satisfaction and will not compromise it by attempting to avoid any responsibilities.
